Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid and COD orders unless stated otherwise during special promotions or limited launches.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Returns & Replacements
We accept Returns/Replacements within 7 days after delivery.
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, invoices, accessories, and freebies must be included.
- The security zip tie seal attached to the product must remain intact and unbroken.
Important Return Conditions
Zip Tie Seal Policy
For hygiene, authenticity, and misuse prevention:
- No return or replacement request will be accepted if the zip tie seal is found broken, removed, tampered with, or missing after delivery.
- Products returned without the original security seal will be rejected during quality check.
Freebies & Complimentary Items
Some orders may include: Free T-shirts, Socks, Stickers, Promotional gifts, Limited edition freebies. These complimentary items are considered part of the order.
Return Rules for Freebies: All freebies received with the order must be returned in unused condition. If freebies are missing, damaged, used, washed, or not returned, then the return/replacement may be rejected, or the value of the freebie may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns/replacements will not be accepted if:
- Product shows signs of wear or usage.
- Sole or shoe surface is dirty/damaged after use.
- Original packaging is missing.
- Zip tie seal is broken.
- Freebies are missing or damaged.
- Return request is raised after 7 days from delivery.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after successful quality inspection.
- COD refunds may require bank account or UPI details.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged item, defective product, or wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, unboxing video, and clear product images so we can assist you quickly.
